Yesterday, I read part of these verses out loud to my messy, cluttered living room, steaming coffee cup, and our unborn, 18 week old baby. (Becuase he/she can hear me now.) 🙂
These verses brought an overflowing amount of joy; God’s lovingkindness really is new every morning, isn’t it? And His faithfulness? Well, it’s worth contemplating at the end of the night because it has been constant, good, and what held us through the day.
And, I get to love God every morning. He isn’t some far away mythical figure I fear; I get to know Him, love Him, and follow Him. And despite my failings and sins and fatigues He still let’s me faithfully follow Him; no matter how weak I stumble through, He loves that I love Him.He’s my good Abba Daddy.
It’s worth reading out loud, to dirty dishes and my sweet, unborn baby. The Good News really is that good.
Here’s to your weekend and a hearty cup of a coffee,
Love and blessings,
Frannie
Isn’t it a wonderful thought that your baby can hear you, music, singing, talking, such a joy.
Miss Barbara, it is such a joyful thought! I’ve been enjoying talking, singing, and praying over baby for the last several days. It’s so special! <3
